Finished up this complex EDC and shipped it off. When complete, this knife ended up with 31 pieces. Most of the work involved cutting, shaping and fitting the small bits for the brass bolsters and flame maple handle. Drilling and matching up the liners, bolsters and pins was a interesting too! Everything is thought out from design to final product. Comfort, fit and finish are the most important part of a handmade knife. I always like to add some filework and a mosaic pin to give a final touch of class.
